Every wireless design solves two problems at once. Coverage asks: is there usable signal everywhere people go? Capacity asks: can each access point handle the number of devices leaning on it? You size for whichever demands more APs. A warehouse might be all coverage โ€” big open space, few devices โ€” while a packed lecture hall is all capacity, needing APs close together purely to split hundreds of laptops across radios.
