DRAFT — ATTORNEY REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING

1. The agreement

These terms cover lvtoolbox.com and app.lvtoolbox.com, operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you're using LVToolbox for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf.

2. Plans, billing & the guarantee

• The Free plan is free, forever, with the limits described on the pricing section.
• Pro is $49/month or $490/year, billed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if Pro doesn't pay for itself on your first quote, email support@lvtoolbox.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, no questions.
• Cancel anytime in two clicks. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period; your projects and price book remain exportable.
• Pro has fair-use limits no real installer hits (e.g. 100 AI estimates/month). We may throttle abuse that threatens the service for everyone else.

3. Your content stays yours

Your projects, floor plans, price book, photos, proposals and branding are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process and display them back to you (and to people you share proposal links with). We never sell your data or use your price book for anything except running the service — details in the privacy policy.

4. Estimates are estimates

LVToolbox helps you produce designs, takeoffs and quotes — it doesn't replace professional judgment. Measurements, device counts, coverage cones, calculator results and AI drafts are planning aids. You are responsible for verifying every number before you commit to a client, and for compliance with codes and standards that apply to your work.

5. AI features

AI output is always a draft: nothing touches your quote until you review and accept it. AI can be wrong — check quantities, prices and scope wording before sending. Usage is metered as shown in your account; failed runs are never charged.

6. E-signatures

Sign-off links create a record of your client's acceptance (name, signature, timestamp, IP and device info) held on your behalf. The contract formed is between you and your client — we're not a party to it. Signed proposals are snapshotted so a signed price never silently changes.

7. Acceptable use

Don't break the law with it, don't try to breach other accounts, don't resell the service, don't reverse-engineer it, and don't upload content you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk — with notice unless the risk is active.

8. Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability (see the security page) but don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits on a job. 9. Ending things & changes

You can delete your account yourself anytime (export first — deletion is immediate and unrecoverable). We can end or change the service with reasonable notice; if we ever discontinue it, you'll get at least 60 days to export your data. Material changes to these terms are announced on the changelog and by email.
